Do I need an account to make an order?

Registering an account is not mandatory, but we recommend creating an account to help you track order history; save shipping addresses and payment methods; and simplify check out.

How will I know if my order was submitted?

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

How long before my order processed?

All orders placed before 10 a.m. (EST) will be processed the same business day. Any orders after 10 a.m. (EST) will be processed the following business day.

What if the item I ordered is not in stock?

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will send an email notification with the estimated restock date. Your Paypal account will not be charged until we fulfill the order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once the order has been placed we cannot make changes. We recommend cancelling the order within 1 hour and re-ordering. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

What if my item is defective, damaged or incorrect?

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact “support@enititaldesigns.com” with a photo of the damage or wrong item you received along with the order number.

Can I return my product?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria;

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. 

  2. Items must include original packaging and tags.


Please note: Enitial Design Stickers are not eligible for returns.

How do I start a return?

To request a return, send an email to “support@enititaldesigns.com” with the following purchase information:

  1. Your name

  2. Order number

  3. Items you’ll be returning

When can I expect my refund?

It takes a few days for our team to receive and process your refund. We’ll send an email confirmation once the returned items have been processed.

How do I pay for my order?

Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express

Accepted Debit Cards: Visa & MasterCard

How long before my order ships?

Economy and express orders that are in-stock are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We will send an email with the tracking number once an order is shipped. Shipping information from our carrieir

Shipping within Canada : 2-8 Business Days

Shipping to the U.S. : 2-4 Business Days

Shipping Internationall: 5-22 Business Days

If you live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) you could receive your products as early as the next day!

When can I expect my order?

All orders are delivered within 2-8 business days. If you live in the GTA you could accept your product as early as the next day!

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost will vary and depend on location, and by weight of products. We're partners with ChitChats. See their website for their rates. 

We can ship anywhere in Canada, United States. Our shipping carriers offer international shipping to United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, Singapre, Netherlands, Switzerland, New Zealand & Japan. Shipping rates are displayed on ChitChats website.

If you live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), I'll hand deliver the products to you, and have a chat if you wish.
